Year 13 Art Design students from Macleans College visited The Art of Banksy, a major international exhibition featuring the world’s largest collection of original and authenticated works by the renowned street artist.

The visit gave students the chance to view his work first-hand and reflect on how visual art and design can challenge authority, consumerism and popular culture.

The extensive collection encouraged students to think critically about the role of visual communication in expressing social, political and environmental messages.
