Picnic Day 2025

Macleans College hosted its annual Picnic Day for Year 9 and 10 students last week.
The event brought students together for a day of outdoor activities and friendly competition.
Students moved through a series of stations on the school field, each offering a different challenge. Activities included a giant skip, water relays, sack races, quoits, a minefield course, scoring challenges, team relays and other classic top town events. The variety ensured that all students could participate and enjoy the day.
Students and staff then gathered in their whānau Houses for a shared lunch. The afternoon concluded with a lively tug-of-war competition, which drew enthusiastic support from all involved.
