Cultural performances at Year 11 Prizegiving 2025

The Macleans College Spring Singers and Sinfonietta performed at the Year 11 Prizegiving.

The Spring Singers performed I Sing Because I’m Happy by Rollo Dilworth. Director – Mrs McNabb.

The Macleans College Sinfonietta performed the following:

  • La Rejouissance - G. F Handel arr. Richard Meyer.  Director - Mrs Joanne Johnston.
  • How the Grinch Stole Christmas - Arr. Jerry Brubaker.  Director – Mrs Joanne Johnston.
  • The Dambusters March - Eric Coates arr. D. Andrew.  Director – Mrs Joanne Johnston.

The school waiata Tai Aroha and the New Zealand National Anthem God Defend New Zealand were also performed.
