Junior Basketball team shines at Auckland tournament

The Macleans College Junior A Basketball team recently competed in the inaugural Auckland Basketball Services (ABS) Junior Invitational Tournament.
Held over three days at The Trusts Arena, the tournament gave the team the opportunity to play full 40-minute games while testing themselves against some of Auckland’s strongest school teams.
The team placed third in the B Division. A standout moment came from Justin Zhang (Hillary House), who scored 28 points in a win against Sacred Heart College.
